1. What kind of products do you sell?
We specialize in handmade craft supplies, with a strong lean towards quilting! Here you will find a variety of fabrics, curated bundles and fun little notions! 

2. How long does it take to receive my order?
We strive to ship all orders within 3-5 days. We will send you an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the custom cut nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless there is an error in the production process. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us right away.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via  PayPal, which allows for use of debit & credit cards. Payments are required in full at the time of order placement.

5. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been cut or sent already. Please reach out right away if you have a change of heart. Once we start crafting your item, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
